💌 How it Works

1. Send us an enquiry – Select a design or share your own.
2. Confirm details – We’ll provide a quotation and processing timeline.
3. Send your flowers – If using your own rose, courier it to us. On receiving, we assess and dry it if required.
4. Crafting – Once ready, we begin creating your jewellery. The process takes 2–4 weeks depending on the design and flower condition.
5. Approval & Delivery – We share the final product photo for your approval before shipping.

💳 Payment Terms – Full payment must be made before processing begins. For customisations with your own flowers, payment is required after we receive your flowers but before we proceed with drying or processing.
