1. Send us an enquiry with your design idea or pick from our collection.
2. We share price and processing time (2–3 weeks).
3. If using your own flowers, courier them to us—we’ll assess and dry them before processing.
4. We craft your custom keyring.
5. Final product photo is shared for approval before delivery.

💳 Payment Terms – Full payment before processing. For flower-based orders, payment is due after flowers are received but before processing.
