Design Confirmation Process

Before we begin making your bracelet, the charm shapes, flowers, and overall design will be confirmed with you.

We will contact you through:

  1. WhatsApp (preferred)
  2. Email
  3. Phone Call

A maximum of three contact attempts will be made to finalise the design details. If we do not receive a response after three attempts, we will proceed with the selection of available flowers and charm shapes.

Customisation Option

If you would like to add an initial, name, or custom text to one of the charms:

  • Select the Customisation variant while placing your order.
  • Mention the required initial, name, or text in the Notes section below.

The final customised design will be shared and confirmed with you before production begins.

Without customisation Variant - Return and exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
